About the rooms and hotel facilities

Q: How many people can stay in a room?

A: Our Premium rooms will accommodate 2 people, whereas our Deluxe rooms will accommodate Max occupancy is 3. Junior Suite can accommodate 4 people.

Q: Do you offer flexible check-in / check-out times?

A: We try to meet all our guest requirements. Our flexible check-in / check-out times are subject to availability. Check-in time is 2pm and check-out time is 12noon.

Q: Do you have rollaway beds and what is the cost?

A: Yes with additional charge and are subject to availability, please contact our friendly associate at the time of booking or prior to your arrival.

Q: What time do you serve breakfast?

A: Breakfast is available all days between 7am – 10:30am.

About Location

Q: How do I get to the hotel?

A: Pristine Hotel is situated in the heart of the cantonment. The hotel is 10 minutes away from the Railway Station and 25 minutes drive from Varanasi International Airport.

Q: How far is Ganges River?

A: Dashashwamedh Ghat (or Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple) is approx. 5 kms away from the hotel, depending on the city traffic please allow yourself 15-25 mins.

Reservation

Q: How does payment work?

A: We accept credit cards (VISA, Master Card, Amex), cash, PAYTM, Google Pay and bank transfer. For non-refundable bookings, we require payment in advance. We will charge the given credit card for the full rental once the booking is made. For the regular booking, we will hold the given credit card as guarantee. The room rental and deposit will be required upon check in.

Q: What if I don’t have credit card, how can I make the booking?

Q: Can I shorten my stay after check in?

A: For non-refundable bookings, we reserve the right to charge the full amount in the event a guest checks out early. We are unable to refund the remaining room rental. For regular bookings, guests are required to give 48 hours advanced notice (prior to 2:00pm India Time) if they wish to shorten their stay for no subsequent charge.

Q: Can I use my friend’s credit card to make the booking?

A: Yes, you can use a 3rd party’s credit card for stay payment. The credit cardholder is required to fill our Credit Card Authorisation form and send scanned copies of the credit card front and back side along with their ID copy to hotel in order to authorize the charge to the given credit card.

Q: Can I book the room for special event e.g. Wedding / birthday party?

A: Yes. Guests are required to contact hotel directly regarding the special activities and arrangement.
